As Managing Partner, I combine the expertise of an accounting background and as a knowledgable and passionate marketer, I have led the marketing and sales efforts of national brands including Marvin Windows and Doors, Colgate Palmolive Professional Products and Black & Decker.   I have also led two start-up companies to successfully achieve their goals.

Leading international marketing efforts, financial marketing analysis and as a marketing and sales Project Manager, Hiromi became known as a results oriented professional.   Combining her professional experience combined with Six Sigma certification and PMP training, resulted in her development of the Implementation Roadmap Process (IRP). IRP ensures alignment of implementation to developed strategies by integrating budget modeling, resource alignment and metric/ROI measures.

Karen Borre
Karen has over 30 years’ experience working in the training, learning and organizational development field.  She has both an internal and external consultant in her career focusing on selling, designing, writing and delivering training solutions, work process processes, leadership and management solutions to enhance the bottom line and give individual contributor the ability to apply new-found skill set.  She has held leadership positions with companies such as Tennant Company, The Sales Board and MTS Systems.

Arlene Vernon
Arlene helps business achieve “Human Resource Excellence” through her speaking and training as well as by developing organizational strategies and employee relations solutions as an executive advisor.  She brings over 30 years experience in human resource management in a variety of industries including: higher education, financial, manufacturing, and other private sector businesses.
